Top manager for Elie Tahari, Thomas Horodecki, is suing the fashion house for $2 million, because they made him work in  New Jersey.  Horodecki says the strain of leaving Manhattan, to work in the strip malls of Tahari’s shops in Hackensack and Paramus, caused him to suffer a mental breakdown.  Horodecki complained about the “cheesy” stores, “New York city has everything when it comes to fashion, especially Sacks.”  Horodecki explained, “And when it comes to styling, lets just say Jersey is difficult.  Fashion it is not!”  It’s good to know that in a recession lawyers still have work.
